The Goal

Build Western streaming audience awareness and social platform presence ahead of a first US single release.

Creative Direction

We developed a documentary-style creator content strategy that captured the artist's authenticity and cultural background — making them feel real and accessible to new US audiences before asking for a listen. Content leaned into behind-the-scenes storytelling, personality-forward moments, and cross-cultural narrative rather than traditional music promotional formats.

Creator Strategy

We activated 8 US-based music and lifestyle creators on TikTok and YouTube. Sound replication tactics were deployed — creators incorporated the artist's upcoming single into organic content to build familiarity before the official release. Reaction content and discovery formats were seeded to simulate organic discovery.

Distribution Approach

Organic sound seeding and creator discovery content ran in the two weeks prior to release. Playlist outreach to independent curators ran simultaneously. On release day, a coordinated creator activation published across all 8 accounts simultaneously. Post-release amplification shifted to paid on top-performing creator content.

Outcomes

Pre-release awareness built through cultural storytelling and creator seeding. The artist arrived in Western markets with existing social proof, a creator content library, and early streaming momentum — rather than launching cold into an unfamiliar market.
